The Alila
Manggis is a
secluded, stylish retreat located on tranquil Buitan Beach in
East Bali. Set amidst a coconut grove, the resort is
surrounded by peaceful rice terraces while Mount Agung rises
in the background. All rooms and suites face the ocean with
clear views across the Bandung Straits to Nusa Penida.
Traditional Balinese architecture is combined artfully with
modern amenities to create a relaxed environment in harmony

Alila Mandara Spa:
The Mandara Spa offers a uniquely relaxing experience
featuring traditional Indonesian and Balinese treatments from
facials to aromatherapy massage, all available in the private
spa overlooking the Ocean. Treatments are also available in
the privacy of your room.
Alila Cooking school:
The Alila Cooking School is conducted over a period of five
days and focuses on Indonesian (but essentially Balinese) food.
The format for the cooking School is that the participants
spend approximately half of each day in the kitchen and the
other half exploring Bali from a culinary as well as cultural
point of view.

Total 58 Rooms include 34 Superior Rooms, 22 Deluxe Rooms and
2 Suites. All guestrooms are housed within four double- story
buildings with traditional Balinese roof. The buildings are
designed to maximize views of the coconut grove, swimming pool,
beach and lotus gardens which surround the hotel. All
interiors are designed with warm yellow and turquoise fabrics
and finishings to reflect the sun, sand and sea. The two
spacious suites are situated on the upper level of the
building closest to the beach. Large balconies surround the
suites suitable for use as an outdoor dining area or sundeck.
The spacious rooms include a living and dining area.
Each room and suite is equipped with:
Individually controlled air conditioning, a mini-bar
offering choices of drinks and snacks, private room safe,
satellite television with remote control, IDD telephone,
deluxe bathroom (shower, bathtub, WC, hairdryer), private
balcony for deluxe rooms, terraces with day bed for superior
rooms.
